Owner & Managing Director, Francine Ephraim

With over 20 years’ experience in education and non-profit settings, Francine Ephraim has developed and implemented strategic plans and projects, executed relationship-based fundraising initiatives, designed social media fundraising campaigns, planned large-scale events, developed assessment and tracking tools, provided leadership for committees, facilitated leadership development exercises, and identified and nurtured emerging leaders.

Always a learner, Francine loves to delve in and research new challenges and develop solutions. In her roles at both Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago and Hadassah Chicago-North Shore, she researched new projects, compared options, came back to the team for input and collaboration, and, in many cases, fully developed and executed new initiatives. From creating a comprehensive alumni engagement program to young women’s outreach and engagement initiatives, and more, she has demonstrated her ability to research and analyze information thoroughly, and to communicate her recommendations.

Francine is comfortable and skilled at communicating and collaborating with experts and stakeholders. A good listener, she takes time to understand the challenge at hand and ask lots of questions to get to the heart of the matter, seeking out experts if necessary. Then she works effectively with other stakeholders to devise and implement a strategic plan. Building and nurturing these relationships comes naturally to her.

Known for her ability to stay organized and manage many moving parts, she is also conscientious and dependable, and follows things through. Those who have worked with Francine in both professional and lay leader roles, can attest to the fact that she is often the “go to” person when people need a job to get completed.
